Today's Little Golden Book is NOT a Little Golden Book, but rather a LGB knock off called A Happy Day Book. Its the identical size of a LGB and has a shiny spine - silver instead of gold. These books were published by Standard Publishing of Cincinnati, Ohio and featured religious stories such as Jesus Makes Me Happy, Bible Stories Make My Happy, and Buzzy Bee Says "Be Happy".This one is called Buzzy Bee Story Book and is from 1980.
When I first saw this book, it took a few seconds before I realized it was not a LGB, and I thought the bee on the cover was the Romper Room bee. Boy, did they fool me!
